About | Kimberly N. Moreno
Attorney Kimberly N. Moreno (“Kim”) is a Massachusetts native, who received her undergraduate degree from Simmons University and attended law school at Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts. After several years of practice in family law, Kim decided it was time to start her own Family Law Firm. Kim is a zealous advocate for her clients in their family law cases and approach is to gain an understanding of her client’s goals so that she can provide them with each option at their disposal and possible outcomes.
Kim has always wanted to give people a voice in the legal system, and this drove her to pursue a career in law. Helping people navigate the court system and assist in getting them a fair and reasonable outcome has always been her goal. After graduating law school, Kim began working with DOVE, Inc., a multidisciplinary domestic violence organization, where as an attorney she worked with victims of domestic violence with their cases involving high conflict custody, child support, parenting time disputes, contempt hearings and removal cases. Following her work with DOVE, Inc., Kim continued her family law practice with Sugarman, Rogers, Barshak and Cohen, PC. in Boston, Massachusetts, where she dealt with cases involving more complex division of assets and discovery disputes.
Kim then moved to Colorado with her now husband and continued to pursue her legal career in family law. Kim has worked in three other family law firms in Colorado before deciding to open her own firm. She has dedicated her entire legal career to representing clients in their family law matters.
When she isn’t advocating for her clients in the courtroom, she enjoys skiing, camping and spending time with her husband and two children.
