Property has to be divided according to Colorado law. Depending on the circumstances, spousal maintenance (alimony) may be appropriate. Attorney Moreno knows what issues to raise and what questions to ask in the pursuit of fairness.

The Colorado legal system provides it through restraining orders. If these orders are violated, the abuser is subject to criminal charges.   • Modifications: Life is always ready to give us the unexpected, and sometimes those unexpected circumstances—both good and bad—render the terms of a of an agreement outdated or unworkable.
